The reason why diets don’t work is because they are only a temporary drastic change in normal, natural, healthy eating by means of sudden calorie reduction by eating less often.  As soon as you get off of the diet, you will tend to binge and thus go back to your former fat self.  Better is the regime of eating 5 to 6 frequent and balance meals of about 600 calories per meal where you never get hungry and you circumvent the tendency and temptation to snack.

Why Just Jogging (or Any Excessive Aerobic Exercise) Is Not The Best Way To Burn Fat

Too much jogging (or any excessive aerobic exercise ) burns up fat and breaks down muscle tissue, thus over time, this type of activity over time slows down your  fat burning metabolism triggering your body to store fat all over your body, creating the phenomenon of the “skinny fat person”.  This is the person who looks okay with his or her clothes on, but once he or she takes them off, you can see rolls of fat around the waist, thighs and rear.  You just become a slightly smaller version of your former self.  If you are a pear-shape, you just become a smaller shaped pear.  Your are slightly smaller, but you still look chubby.  (Can anybody say Richard S – I – M – M – O – N – S .)

The key type of exercise that I am recommending, and the fastest and most efficient way to a shapely and well-sculptured body is through progressive weight resistance using barbells and dumbbells for at least 30 minutes a day, for four times a weeks, interspersed with 20 to 30 minutes of jogging or aerobic activity on the other 3 days of the week.  After a 30 minute workout with weights, your body is burning fat for up to 10 hours afterward, and in some cases more, after you have finished exercising.  This means that you will be burning fat even later while you are sitting on the sofa watching television.

“Drink plenty of water.” I hate that statement. What does “plenty” mean? In this article, I will explain to you exactly how much water you need to drink every day which will accelerate the achievement of your fat-burning and weight reduction goals. Drinking the correct amount of water will also aide you to stay at top energy levels when you are on the work-out floor exercising with your barbells and dumbbells.

I have always been fascinated by the subject of water, so plain, so ubiquitous, so essential to life. I would suggest that you start your morning with your necessary water intake all poured into large water containers, and pace yourself at about a glass every 90 minutes, starting from the morning until you finish your very last glass before you are ready to go to bed at night.

What I am going to share with you here in this article are little-known secrets that, done in conjunction with regular aerobic activity, will burn fat many times faster than you ever thought possible – maybe 5 to 10 times faster. 3 Little-Known Secrets How To Easily Burn Fat While Doing Aerobics Lightning Fast
