A lot of times, I suggest to women that the only way that they can truly turn back the hands of time and enjoy, strength, youth and true shapely feminine beauty is through incorporating progressive weight resistance using barbells and dumbbells. First of all let me be clear that the type of muscular female body that I am referring to here is the one that has the jaw-dropping, extremely massive musculature of a male body more than a female body, that is, huge and bulging muscles popping out all over the place.
Why Women Believe This – Women believe this because they do not understand that extreme female body builders almost always without exception use massive doses of male steroids that completely alter their female physiology.
The Danger In Believing This – By avoiding body building, you as a woman will tend to avoid one of the most youth-enhancing, body sculpting type of exercises for the female that are available which happens to be progressive weight resistance using barbells and dumbbells.
Why This Myth Is Not True – There is only one way to exercise with weights and look like a man, and that is if you take massive doses of male steroids. Are you likely to do this? I didn’t think so. So, you have absolutely nothing to worry about. As a normal female, your body just does not produce enough male hormones to look like a man. Trust me. You have predominantly female hormones which guarantees that you will always look feminine yet strong and sexy.
What Is True:
1. Jogging or just aerobics is not enough to sculpt your body into the curvaceous siren that you would like to be. The fastest way to get there is through weight training the entire body.
2. Muscles are those things that give you your curves, and the idea is to develop those curves through weight training. Look, if you are pear shaped and are overweight, and if you just do aerobics to lose weight, you will only become a smaller shaped pear. If you want those curves, you must weight train.
3. Bones and joints become stronger, and as a woman through using weights, you can say goodbye to the fear of osteoporosis (brittle bones).
4. Fat burns off of your body faster when you do weight training. Almost nothing can accelerate the fat-burning metabolism faster or better than body building.
Now that you know this, you are above the who still believe this myth.
Myth: A woman will always get huge and muscular like a man when she begins lifting weights.
